Welcome to the SRD portal
This portal provides a set of free languages for the rapid development of applications. The root project is DialogML--the »Dialog Management Language«--which is a XML markup language for the development of setup-alike applications.

DialogML relies on functionality provided by other free standards like CSS Stylesheets. Where free standards haven't been available own projects were started. The main goal is to provide simple, clean and embedable extensions that serve only a specific function but this very efficient. Please see the menu for more.

SRD is hosted at sourceforge.
Support wanted
The projects are at an early stage and productive critique belongs to the most favourized feedbacks. Please, read the specifications and support the developers with your imaginations. If you find bugs in the english writing, post them to the »about docs« mailinglist.

2000-07-17 SEML - Simple Event Management Language
The »Simple Event Management Language« (spelled zemmel) provides a unified syntax for the definition of event rules. It is designed to serve as an embedable extension for markup and scripting languages but may also be used with high level languages. The syntax is clean and very easy to learn.
